There is no NIJ standard for helmets, but lab-tested to stop penetration of Level III-A rounds.

No Large size available, but you can use a Medium with the 0.5" thick pads instead of the standard 0.75" pads.

To stop a bullet you need a Tactical Ballistic Shield - but to stop the impact of rocks, bricks, bottles, sticks, etc., a Riot Shield is a lightweight and inexpensive solution.
