The reason is, we are a wholesale and retail mail order operation, and extremely busy answering the phones, and fulfilling our "order in the morning, ship in the afternoon" pledge to customers.

As well our facility is a warehouse, not a retail showroom, so we will need to work out your order on the phone to pull and assemble the appropriate components from the warehouse (For an individual vest, we must get your sizing measurements on the phone.)

However, with advance notice, we are happy to meet with customers who want to pickup an order and save on shipping.
