from "email overload". But,
unlike most businesses, we are committed to respond to you within
24 hours – usually much faster. To communicate with you faster,
better, and more reliably, we would really appreciate your help...
1) Please
don't send attachments unless you check with us in advance.
Often they come out illegible, and can carry viruses and often mark
your email as spam to the spam and virus filters
2) Would
you be so kind as to turn off the automatic email delivery notification
feature on your outgoing email? This slows down our response,
and our reply will be your verification anyway. (If you don't
get a timely response from us, it would only be because your email
was not delivered, or got spam filtered by accident - call us at
512-922-1503.)

When responding to an email, please use your email program's
reply feature to quote back the previous email after your answer
(unless obviously irrelevant, or a very large file size).
It
is much easier to keep the conversation in context, if you answer
after or in-between, the quoted text of the previous email.
For
example:

4) Please keep the same subject heading as the previous
email (e.g., Re: Previous Subject) to avoid confusion, and to allow
later reference. (To start another email conversation on a completely
different subject, use a new and descriptive subject line.)
