SIZING for FEMALE Concealable Vests

Vest Sizes are VERY Different from Clothing Sizes –

Please measure yourself BEFORE calling.

Print a Sizing Form to Record Your Measurements

Keep your tape measure handy when you call
- we will show you exactly how your vest will fit.

( If you don't have a cloth tape measure, just use a belt, and measure the belt.)

We care that you get a vest that fits you (see our Satisfaction GUARANTEE) and we work very hard to get it right. Please help us by taking your measurements EXACTLY as instructed below. Round to the nearest half inch or centimeter.

Don't worry too much about figuring out a size from your measurements - we are here to help with that!

Side Protection Options

OVERLAP

Front & Back ballistic panels overlapping is best for maximum protection - zero seam or gap on the sides. Generally for Tactical Armor or high-risk situations as the double thickness on the sides is not as concealable.

FULL-SIDE-WRAP

Meaning only a very small gap, the Front & Back ballistic panels close to touching on the side. Best compromise between maximizing protection and concealability.

GAP

A 1" or 2" gap on the sides for extra ventilation and comfort. A gap in protection may be preferred if heat buildup would prevent you from wearing your Full-Side-Wrap vest.

Your personal preference - let us know...

  3. Measure straight down the center of your chest to the top of the narrowest point of the torso, while you are sitting down in a normal relaxed position.

  4. If you hunch over a patient (e.g., EMT), A bicycle or motorbike, etc., etc. - take the measurement when hunched over.

Gear on a Duty Belt?

Does your vest needs to stay above a pistol, or other gear close to the body, above the Belt?

Let us know...

Pistol or Gear extending above the belt may call for a shorter vest so you can access your weapon and gear more easily.
